Second Node + Ceph

Added a second HPE ProLiant DL380 Gen9. The two nodes now form a Proxmox HA pair with a three-disk Ceph cluster spread between them (6 OSDs total, replication factor 2).

VM live migration between nodes works. The Kubernetes control plane is now running across both nodes for etcd quorum.

Power draw went up ~180W at idle. The rack is getting loud.
