10G Upgrade

Replaced the 1G switch with a MikroTik CRS326-24G-2S+. Both ProLiant nodes are now connected via SFP+ at 10Gbps. NAS traffic is no longer a bottleneck for VM live migration or Ceph replication.

The MikroTik runs RouterOS. The web UI (Winbox) is a Windows application from 2003, but it works and the CLI is solid.

Storage performance before/after: Ceph sequential write went from ~110MB/s to ~850MB/s. The old 1G switch was genuinely the bottleneck.
